Dear John:

We moved in last week, a week earlier than I told you we would. Moving is a real pain but we are delighted to be in our new home. We love the house and the kids have already made some new friends on our block.

I still can't believe that we were able to qualify to have this house built with no money down, but I guess it is true since we are living in it now. I really didn't think you would do it, but I guess sometimes things really are as good as they sound. You told me in our first conversation what would happen and how everything would work, and that is exactly the way it went.

Our builder seemed really pleased with everything too. He said he never once had any trouble working with you guys. I know he just told another one of his customers to call you, so expect to get a call soon from another person from South Carolina. We told him to tell his customer to call us as we would be glad to tell them all about the process and the great service we got from you.

Here is a pic of the house we took the other day. As you can see, summer has gotten off to a terrific start and the new sod looks great.
