of building. Our builder was amazed at how smoothly the draw process went and how professional everyone was that he dealt with. He actually commented on it several times. That made us feel really good to know all aspects of our loan were going smoothly. We are also very impressed with how you handled our loan application and was available to us for the entire construction process. You answered all our questions and gave us the confidence to know we were on the right track.

The best part of the whole thing was how we were able to build this house with almost nothing out of pocket. Every local bank we talked to before we found you told us we needed at least 20% down. What a rip off! You guys are the best.
