Our Rehab/Renovation Loans allow Major or Complete Renovations to a PRIMARY RESIDENCE ONLY.  We can provide you with complete financing, including site acquisition, all materials, all labor and all costs/fees.

Rehab loans are not for investment/spec properties.  If you would like investment/spec financing for new construction, please click the "spec" loan link to the left.

More about Rehab Loans:
Not all Rehab/Renovation loans will qualify for 100% financing. Some projects will require 5% down to qualify. In addition to income and credit, as-is property value and finished property value will be considered. Maximum loan amount for this program is $3,000,000.
